more shots

"Zinnias" - Cary
Some of Angie's best flowers are always her batch of zinnias that she grows from seed. They love our hot, humid weather and I can't resist their intense color. Your monitor may have trouble reproducing the deep fuchsia and red-orange of the top two flowers without hitting a gamut limit.

J-E-L-L--Y! -Isaac
Well, I'm trying to get back in the swing of things, here's a photo from my vacation to California. Luckily for me, this is at an aquarium and there was a nice sheet of glass between me and those stingers. Also lucky for my camera which is not as water resistant as I am.
"High Adventure" - Matt
Here's one of my favorite shots of our recent high adventure. This is one of the leaders showing the boys how to use a wire saw.

"Fish Kissing" by Lisa

We went to the Zoo when my kids and grandkids were here and visited the Tropical Amazon building where they had a jungle and a smallish aquarium. I told my daughter to hurry and pose by puckering when I saw the huge fish swimming toward her.
Do fish turn into a handsome prince like frogs?

"Building Sandcastles" - Mike
We had a lot of fun at the beach from jumping waves to building sandcastles.

"Cattails" - matt
Still trying to decide if I like this one. HDR of three images.

Bonus Pictures
I took some pictures at my neighbor son's baseball game and for fun I fiddled around on Photoshop to make a baseball card.  The stats are made up of course.  -Isaac

Summer

"Water Fun" - by Lisa
Our friends invited us to their lake house for the 4th and we spent the day on/in the water.

"Ball" - Matt
Summer is time for baseball. Caleb got a new mitt and he and Grandpa had to try it out.

"Flag Ceremony" - Cary
Summer and Scout Camp go together like heat and humidity (at least here in the South, anyway). It feels good to post again. I broke my camera and lens in an unfortunate accident at the end of my Northwest vacation. The repair took 3 weeks so its good to be "back in the saddle" again.
